more of my little man

he's been such a willing subject lately and i'm taking full advantage of it! i could seriously eat him up when he gives me these cute little looks....ahhhh...being a mother to a son...

i am telling you...

this child gives me a run for my money. we spent the morning and early afternoon in the er (the second time in the last two months). these were taken this morning before preschool - you'd never know he wasn't feeling well...and really i didn't know. mrs h called me to tell me he wasn't feeling well and was really sweaty. when i got there, he was sound asleep on mrs d's lap - his clothes and hair were soaked in sweat. i seriously just wanted to break down and cry...but i (sort of) kept it together and brought him to the er...he just did not look "right" to me. anywho, from everything i told them at the er, they think his sugar level had dipped down too low. he's not diabetic, but he's had a cold for several days and has not eaten a whole lot. he didn't want anything for breakfast and i didn't want to force him....so he went to preschool on an empty stomach...i am such a bad mom. =( thankfully, he's had lots of snacks and is back to his old self. =)
lesson learned...do not starve a cold!

but...i finally got a picture of all those new grownup teeth! it's amazing how big they look in her little mouth...hopefully her face will grow into her teeth...lol! and then there's the wad of gum shoved into the side of her mouth...what can i say...it's just adia being a kid. for me, that's what photography is all about...capturing who they are in the moment...imperfections and all!


i'm thinking vampire for halloween this year...lol!

that it has been forever since my last post. i have been going back and forth debating on whether or not to keep up with the blog. the reality of it is, anyone can view this blog and i am just not sure that i am comfortable putting the faces of my family and friends on the web. i do try to protect my images by putting my copyright information across each and every picture, but somehow i just don't think that is enough. that being said, i have decided to keep up with my blog, but am going to make it private. if you would like to continue to view my blog, let me know, and i will add you as a friend.
