holy hail

i have honestly never seen hail come down from the sky like i did yesterday! granted, the hail was only pea sized, but there were so many coming down so fast. i had left my expedition in the driveway, so i had to run out and pull it into the garage. i felt like i was being shot at...lol!

road trip

on our way to memere and pepere's house. the kids were anxious to go swimming this weekend, so we packed up the car and headed north! :O)
i decided to get my camera out while we were on the highway....

a proud moment

she sang in her school talent show tonight! i cannot even begin to tell you how proud i am of her! she sang taylor swift's our song.

she sang from start to finish without missing a word! she did such a wonderful job - i'm so very proud of her! i fought back tears the entire time. hopefully i can figure out how to get it from my camcorder to youtube. when i do, i will post it! :O)

you would never know that only a few weeks ago, if i even looked at her, she would cry. now she crawls at the speed of lighting to come see me...and she's always smiling! it honestly just melts my heart...

i'm so sad...this is my last day babysitting. :O( i'm going to miss spending the day with my babies!

pure silliness

my sister's nanny is on vacation, so i am babysitting my twin 1 year old niece and nephew and my 2 year old niece this week. i had forgotten how hard...well, not hard, but how different it is to have a 1 year old. and i don't just have one...i've got 2! huge kudos to mothers of multiples!
they are wonderful kids and it's been great spending time with them.
